The "University Area" includes quaint historic homes, some new retro
homes, lots of single family residential homes, as well as rental
property near the U of A and UMC. Homes with guest houses or quest

It may come as a surprise to some how many "pockets" of lovely
historic and gracious homes with pools are in close proximity to the

towards the Foothills: Catalina Foothills to the North and Tucson Mountains to the West. Both areas are easily accessible

Physicians and Residents who need to be available to one of the more
